ps i feel little remorse for some female who dresses up in a skimpy top and a skirt who barely covers every thing standing up let alone bending over or sitting down. If you are going to dress like a prostitute you should get treated as such. If you are worried about someone perving you cover up! don't advertise any thing that is not fore sale!

The bad economy is due to over leveraged company debt and the lack of credit to refinance that debt. This in combination with the debt created by bad home loans that got packaged and sold and lost value and then caused the banks to accure billions in bad assets on their books.
Credit is the reason our economy is bad. This has been going on for many administrations and have finally came to an eruption. Did bush's administration let it go on too long yes but so did the democratic leadership including the chairmain of the committe in charge Barney Frank. (a dem)

I hate to break it to you greed is not new it is actually older then credit. in fact greed (wanting something you don't have) lead to credit (buying some thing you can't afford.)

I caught a guy taking pictures of my well covered up 10 year old daughter in Walmart. He is now in jail for 2 years, I think this law will help. This guy thought he was stealthy with the sound turned off but I saw him.
your example is a very rare one and not that often there is not hundreds of people trolling walmart waiting to take pictures of little girls when mommy is not looking. the troll you speak of is a 1 in 10000 type of person. this bill does not stop people like him. if he can not use his cell phone he will just go on ebay and buy a 20$ spy cam.
this bill is little more then the federal government preying on the fears of people to steal our free will from us.
The reason that we keep seeing money wasted on stupid doa bills like this is that few people really have any idea of what a "right" is.
You don't have a right to treat the world as your living room.
You don't have a right to not be offended.
You don't have a right to dictate the actions of others, unless their actions impinge on your rights.
Again, there *isn't* any right to privacy in public.
That even includes children, as long as the images are not indecent.
If I want to take a picture of a group of children on a public playground, there isn't anything anyone can do legally to prevent it.
Being generally courteous, I would ask the permission of any paren...

This law doesn't really hurt anyone, however it does protect the rights of millions of women who are violated everyday. Secondly, this is one of the problems with the country, everyone thinks about how something will make them go out of their way, instead how it can help everyone as a whole. For the most part I think most of you are stand up people, on the other hand some of you are pretty stupid and can be jerks. I'm sure there of some of you who get off on jerking off to those secret pics you take on the bus, more than likely the ones who are so ferociously fighting this law as silly. There are plenty of silly laws, like speeding zones, most people don't follow the speed limit so why even bother. The p
