How is data billed?

I would hope you'd have unlimited data use while on the device, as, after all, it is an internet connection that *you* pay for.

There is no reason to bill you for voice or data usage since it's going through your home internet connection.

That said, this is a corporation. With Sprint's Femtocell, even though it's going over your home internet, they still bill your peak minutes for the usage anyway. I somehow doubt that AT&T would be any different.

no. at&t copies everything verizon does so i'm sure they will offer unlimited if you pay for the microcell.
