I will never understand how people can be happy that others are losing their jobs. maybe you dislike Sprint for one reason or another but wishing a company ill will on that company is pretty silly. Competition is key in all business and if Sprint were to go out of business you can sure bet that your VZW and ATT plan prices will increase. My bet is that most of the bashing is being done by folks that have never had Sprint and for some "elementary" reason are in love with their carrier. I have had all the major carriers over the last 12 years and the all have their issues. I have never been in love with any of them. My family is still on T-Mobile and I have to say that the supposed "award winning" CS that you all read about is total BS. T-Mobi...

its funny, you just contradicted yourself about carrier bashing and "being in love with their carrier"... thats just funny to me, and about t-mobile's so called "bs" CS rating... i guess ill just take your word about it over 4 years of proven ratings, i mean, since you know what your talking about n all. oh, and t-mobile, despite what you think about their service, just became the first ever on the forbes top 100 best places to work, but i guess that is BS too huh?

i think I proved my point. Just look at your ID for the forums. Why would anyone use a carriers name as their ID unless they were in love with that carrier? Silly if you ask me. Be original my friend.

i was talking about them as ratings that t-mobile had, both of them are ratings, rated number one in cs 4 years in a row, rated one of the best places to work, RATINGS...RELATED...SARCASM...

Aww i think tmo is a little upset. First off all companies have been making cutbacks and layoffs some of them just arent so vocal about it. and as far as forbes go who really cares. I garuntee working for Metro PCS is better than tmo. And sprint offers better long term benefits than tmo. Verizon offers more job security. you realize getting an award like that is simply based off a poll. Just because your inlove with tmo doesnt mean the world should be. I mean if you really wanna get mean about it if T-Mobile was so great it would be a top three carrier. Oh and it wouldnt be worried about the move alot of Pre Paid companies like Cricket Mobile or Metro PCS are making.

holy crap!!! we have a live one here. unlike other companies, t-mobile has only put a freeze on pay raises this year, no layoffs, no freezes on tuition re-reimbursement or 401k. as a matter of fact t-mobile has one of the best insurance packages of any company, great 401k matching and confidence in job security. why would t-mo employees be upset? we still have jobs. look people, im not trying to start online slugfests, lets just all go to the picnic me and kippa have set up 😁

I am sure it is one of the best places to work because they dont do a damn thing for you. I would love workign there too if I could get paid to do nothing all day. Instead, I work 18 hour days busting my ass taking care of my customers properly. I would rather do that than work for a low end cell phone company hwo is still 6 years behind

I must say, Sprint has brought this on their self. I have been a Sprint customer for many years and currently have six lines (not including my business account with Nextel with many more). I have no complaints of their wireless service as it is great. I rarely ever have a dropped call. However, their customer service has sucked over for years. I can not count how many times I have been hung up on, placed on an eternal hold or mute (no music) or gotten someone that had no idea what they were doing. I have requested things to be changed regarding my rate plan that were not done. I have escalated to supervisors many times. I have had to write a letter to the Better Business Bureau. I had a $1200 bill due to roaming. I have ALWAYS been...
