I would like to offer up my sincere best of luck to all you Sprint employees that read Phone Scoop. This is a very difficult time for the whole country. Not just Sprint. I hope that all of you may indeed keep yor jobs through this difficult economy. Sprint has been the very best carrier I have ever delt with in recent history and you should be proud to be part of this accomplishmment. Dan has done a great job since his inception but time is needed to heal the damage that prior leadership caused.

Good luck to all of you. Thanks for the best service and uncompromised treatment that can be delivered in the wireless industry!

Sprint is bad!!! Try calling their customer service and the fun begins !! It's called the indian transfer game!! Call for something simple such as a esn change or a feature change and they say I have to transfer you to someone else and then you get transfered only to find out that the next rep is going to do the same thing so after this happens 3-4 more times in the call I get a little upset and complain what they do next is very rude they hang the damn phone up on you !! Sprint = Loss of money !!! Someone will buy up sprint before this is over or it will tank

it's moron's like you that make people wait on hold for a legitimate problem. Everything you just described can be done on on their website!! ESN swaps, plan changes, upgrades, additional lines....all done without having to call customer care, thanks for making us all wait and tying up the lines....moron.

lol at you blamming Sprint's horrible wait times on customers who would rather talk to customer service than go online. Poor Sprint

horrible wait times???? Do your research homie before you start posting....they answered calls quicker than any other comany in 2008, and have fewer transfers...stay off of here children and get back to school.

dude seriously, are you just an employee who was just lucky enough to keep their job and now you feel obligated to stick up for sprint? i mean honestly, the shortest wait times... great!!! now i don't have to wait that long to hear " tank u forrr calling spint, my name is todd, how can i hep u?". there is a reason why sprint had the worst churn last year of any carrier, phones were great, coverage is awesome, 3G is top notch, customer service is piss poor. stop taking offense to the facts man and trying to call everyone morons cause there is only one person acting like one on this site and its embarrassing to the people who like this site. to the people who will be losing their jobs in 2009, best of luck to you and i hope the best.

Since I don't have any other alternative to get a letter out to the Sprint empl...

As a former Sprint Call Center employee (In Florida, not India), I will confess that most of us were forced to upsell 2 products...

I used to work for Sprint but was offered a better job in a related field... Sprint was a good company to work for. Its a terrible thing to wish ill on another, remember the golden rule and you should be ok.
