I don't think we should be heartless and insulting, but I don't think they should delay this any further.
And don't think all or even the majority of 60 somethings are all that technology illiterate, sure maybe not up to everything, but they are quite active, buy fairly modern cars, many do have fairly up to date tv's. But what they do have and many of us don't, is the need not to constantly be up to date with every new device or model that hits the market. Yes they will keep their 15 year old or older tv that works fine.
