AT&T Sells Off 235 Cell Towers

I think they feel guilty for what they have done as a company and need to give these towers to T-Mobile free of charge.
Are there regulations on how tall GSM towers are? I've only seen little ones and CDMA towers are huge!

The first part of your post makes no sense at all. As for your question, it depends on the state. For example, in Arizona you cant build a tower that's more than 40ft tall (normally they try to build 100ft towers). And it has to blend into the environment, meaning it has to look like a tree or a cactus or something. So you have to build twice as many towers to cover the same area a 100 ft tower would. Different states has different regulations. Check with your local government for more details.
