There are 2 valid reasons why Sprint lost customers: 1) Other companies had good marketing schemes and 2) People were dumb enough to believe them.
Agreed about your first point about other companies had good marketing schemes, but your second point is wrong in every way.
People don't leave carriers that they are happy with and thats the bottom line
