Oh ouch you so insulted me. 
Its called CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you suck at it then no one will shop at your store. Circuit City was crap when it came to helping you. I hate going into their stores because no one will help you. At least in walmart there is a guy at the door who will give you a cart and tell you were items are located.
Like everyone if you can save a few dollars you will. But I would be more than willing to pay that extra $5.00 to get better service. Unfortunately for Circuit City they were more expensive and had horrible customer service. Why do you think places like Target, Walmart, and Best Buy always has people in them. I've been in Circuit City and its completely dead.
Bottom line, they had bad business practices and bad employees, so they went out of business.
