This was a few bad apples within a good company. Every company has them and you know what I'm talking about. People that just scream trouble. Unfortunately, these people give the whole company a bad name. I DONT think this was ATT. Att as a whole I feel has very good and moral core values that they try to instill in all of their employees from corporate levels down to the agent stores. I have worked for them for a year and I have never once got the feeling that are a "money craving, greedy, screw the customer" kind of company. Now, with that being said, the reason we are in business is to MAKE MONEY. You don't become one of the biggest companies by giving **** away. You help the customer in every way you possibly can, yes absolutly, but you still have to make money. So, to those of you who feel you got unfairly treated even though you were a customer for XX years, I'm sorry but if you broke your phone and you are out of contract and you didn't get insurance, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR A NEW PHONE!!! YOU BROKE IT, YOU FIX IT! And its the same with EVERY single sell phone company out there. I do not agree with what these PEOPLE (not Att) did and I hope it doesn't happen anymore.
