I was with Verizon for 9 years. I will never go back. Where I live, VZW drops calls in virtually the same places that AT&T does. The differerence is my opinion is the customer service. AT&T will work with you and show their grattitude for you being a customer. I've done so many early upgrades in the 2 years that I've been with them. VZW lost me as a customer over 17 days before I was eligible for an upgrade on 2 of my 5 lines. VZW could have locked me in for another 2 years. Oh well....love my cheaper bill, nicer phones, rollover minutes, and my iPhone 3G
