AT&T's 'American Idol' SMS Decried As Spam

I agree with htimsabbub23. AT&T isn't the problem. As an employee (Third Part, of course) I can vouch for the fact that you can call in and request that you not receive Direct Marketing notifications. I did this when I subscribed to AT&T (Before I started working for them). It isn't only AT&T who do this, they're just the most prominate ones because of American Idol. I also oersonally don't like the Idol programs, but I don't sit here and complain about it, or the SMS messages I get pertaining to it.
