Group: Ban Cell Phone Use While Driving Nationwide

Will never happen. There will ALWAYS be someone, somewhere, somehow that will find a way to use a cell-phone while driving. Why not ban picking ones nose, scrathing your butt-crack, or playing with the CD player? If I had a dollar for everytime someone took their eyes off the road for something I could buy the Brooklyn Bridge. 🙄
