Your freedom of speech has nothing to do with this test. You need to research 1st Amendment rights. Your post makes NO sense.

It's not freedom of speech. Abusing that term makes it have less meaning. Freedom of speech protects your right to express opinions that are opposite of those in power (in public forums). Freedom of speech doesn't protect phone service.


It is however shady. I can understand the ideas behind it, but do you really want to jam people who are trying to call out for an emergency. And I highly doubt that you could pinpoint exactly who the terrorists were to do this. If they could, they would just need the carriers to suspend those lines.
