US VERSIONS?

Nokia does plan to bring both the N90 and N91 to the U.S., although specifics haven't been announced. They might do 2G versions like the 6682, or they might do the whole 3G thing.

I believe that only one of the phones is going to have a US version, but I cant remember which one, but I believe the N90 will be available to purchase in the US on the Nokia website, but not from any carrier.

All three of the phones will be released for nokia usa. there has been no service provider yet selected for the devices, you will by the phone unlocked, and with this kind of technology on a non-discounted phone the sticker will be steep. but, the first phone that will be released is the N90, then the rest will be. They wont sell it until it is autorized by the FCC

Well, it seems Cingular will be the logical choice as their upcoming UMTS 3G technology will more closely resemble the European standard than will Sprint's and Verizon's respective EV-DO systems. However, such logic has been overcome before in the form of the Nokia 6230i, the Motorola A780, and countless other phones Cingular refuses to sell. Please post messages here and let the American service providers know what you think of them!
