Mac Friendly??? Anyone know???
Does anyone know if this little bad boy plays nice with Macs?

I don't think there's anything out mentioning that yet. To me, it looks like it's just going to sync with Gmail, Facebook, Outlook, and Exchange accounts, which are not Mac dependent.
I emailed MarkSpace and asked if there were any plans to create a program that synced the data in my Address Book and iCal with Gmail. There's one out there, and when I last checked, it was kind of expensive for what it did. It would be nice if it would have support for MobileMe. I'd pay the subscription fee for that if it did.
As far as loading files onto it, it is supposed to support USB mass storage, so when plugged into your Mac, it would act just as a USB drive.

Sounds good. Palm has been solid about supporting mac users in the past so hopefully this will be no different.

I have never used a palm product on my Mac. I've always used Missing Sync. It's a more seamless and seems to be a more quality product. I hope that the Pre will allow third party developers to develop something like Missing Sync. If I can't sync with my Mac, or at least the data that originates on my Mac, I may have to wait on the Pre.

It doesn't have desktop sync software, so it works just as well (or doesn't) with Macs as PCs.
It syncs with the cloud (Exchange servers, GMail, and Facebook).
It does have USB mass storage, which will let you bring up files just as well on PC or Mac.
