Palm quality issues

Nobody seems to be concerned that palm has had horrible quality issues, weak and overly complicated support website, and lousy customer service on the phone. I don't imagine they will be able to fix whats broken about their company just because of a new os.

Has it crossed your mind that maybe the folks Palm recently laid off were the dead weight? Also, to my understanding their will be a new support group from Palm and Sprint that will be specific to the Pre.

Yikes, you are talking about two companies that have well known histories of lousy support and service. Not saying they can't figure it out but it will be tough 😲

This is why I left Palm in the first place. They have done a lousy job on support issues and forgetting phones after they were introduced. Had a 700P for 2 years and it took a year to get an update on the phones bugs.

Now they have the product, lets hope they will have the support to back it up and I may be back then 😁

The 700p was a "problem child" for Palm. They built both the 700p and 700w/wx to be as similar as they could and it led to lots of problems on the 700p. Since then they've kept their two OSes much more separate and had better results. Most Centro users have found their phones to be rock-solid.
