if HTC had been smart they would have put in a 2 to 3k mah battery these phones either need better energy usage or bigger batteries its getting annoying that a smart phones life is barely 8-10 hours a day

I bet it's worse than that. If you're like me and you use the features on your phone consistently throughout the day I imagine the battery on this phone wouldn't even last 6 or 7 hours at best. What I don't understand is why they make these awesome phones with all the capabilities that are such energy-eaters. What is the point of having all the cool gagets if you can't afford the battery to use them save for when they're plugged in?

Its the worst when a customer actually calls in to complain about battery life and demands an exchange. They get fully educated and dont care. then they go through 6 smartphones and say that the phones are made poorly 🙄

With the 3G, 4G, wifi, bluetooth and Phone On, the phone will last at least 3 hours at best. Of course adding a bigger battery will last longer but it would look to fat on the phone. When I get this phone I will buy an extra battery and hopefully will last the whole day.
