I would be willing to bet that it's glass. My Incredible is glass and the Incredible and Evo are, minus a few features and size wise, the same phone, made by the same company.

I have yet to see a capacitive touch screen that isn't glass.

I could be wrong, but I'm 99% sure it's glass.

Not all Capacitive screens are glass. The Palm Pre's are plastic. That being said I've read reviews and they said it is glass. I'm glad about that since glass doesn't scratch that easily and I think cleans easier than plastic too.
