"Not bad at all" is such a modest statent. Nokia didn't say when, only "1st half of 2009" My guess is April/May, just a guess.

I'm a current N95-3 owner, I'm going to start saving for it soon!

This is one beast of a phone!!!!!

I would suspect we will see it in third quarter '09. As someone else has already stated, it would be really great if they made a tri-band hsdpa with 850, 1900 and 1700 for the North American market. Unlocked it could run on AT&T, T-Mobile or Rogers.
If the price I've seen of $650 is accurate count me in for two. I will upgrade my wife's and my N95-3.
