The Eternity has a 3.2" screen versus the 3" screen found on the Behold.

The Behold does have a 5MP cam versus the 3MP cam on the Eternity.

Overall, I think they Eternity with the larger screen looks more attractive.

yea but that's .2 - - i'd rather have that missing than a whole 2 megapixels. wouldn't you?

For me, the larger screen is the winning point. If I wanted a good 5MP cell phone camera, it wouldn't be a Samsung. 🙂

Compared with the iPhone, the Eternity comes closer in terms of size/build.

Agreed. The Eternity is definitely a more attractive device and its Mediaflo capability outweighs 1.8 more megapixels on the Behold camera in my opinion.

Everyone is getting a phone like this.

Verizons will be out soon.

It should be like TMos, maybe better?
Time will tell.

Dont forget about the originator this phone design came from. Eternity and Behold look just like its big brother the Instinct. 😎

You're wrong again.

Behold and Eternity are based on the Samsung F480 aka Tocco

Instinct is based on the Samsung F490

Please get your facts straight before posting.

pdxmatt I think u might wanna relook at that website

The f490 model was announced and released a month before the f480 model which only proves my point futher

The phones come from the same line. The fseries phones as far as design and build quality are almost identical.

Its like saying the Treo 800w is not based on the Centro as far as design and and overall appearance. And there is not a big difference between the f480 and the f490 models

Whatever works for you. Like I said, you're wrong again.

They are similar but not exactly the same.

You can look at the photos of the phones and clearly tell that the Instinct is F490 based and the Behold and Eternity are F480 based.

but since you are such a Sprint fanboy, I doubt you know much about unlocked GSM phones.

In fact, based on your post on this forum, I doubt you know much about anything at all.

Good day to you, drongo.

I actually I wasn't wrong the Instinct is and will always be the big brother to these phones

The point that im trying to make is t-mobile is always light years behind. The Instinct came out a long time ago yet t-mobile is just now getting the Behold.

This is coming from a t-mobile fanboy. Who knows very little about anything other than t-mobile. Im sure if I were a tmobile customer u would agree with everything I say.

The worst part is none of these unlocked gsm phones ever come to t-mobile. You have to pay the full price.

Yeah the Instinct came out a long time ago with a myriad of problems. lol

It was supposed to save Sprint and be the iPhone killer yet they still lost 1.3 million customers while iPhone became the best selling phone in the country.

Ever heard of sprintusers.com? That's the place for you. 😉

Well the Behold is based on the Tocco but the Behold is not. You are right about the Instinct and f490.

t919 and a867 have different dimensions, different speaker placements, different button layouts, and different internal designs. The Behold is physically smaller, has a smaller screen compared to the Eternity. Also, the t919 has no 3.5mm headset jack like the a867 (and m800).

The Instinct is the only phone to have a 240 x 432 display...The other two are just 240 X 400.
