the phone apparently does have TV out functions
at least according to the software.. now this might be because they are building the UI for the evo, but it could be the reason behind the weird USB port they mentioned in the review.
Not HDMI, but still video out. the video quality could be changed in a software update (since it does have a 8MP camera)
I think it all comes down to network. If you're in an area where sprint offers decent 3g and ESPECIALLY 4g, go with the evo. If not, get the incredible. Either way... you'll have one HECK of a phone
