Yes, I know this sounds a bit crazy, however, Verizon is about to become the largest carrier again. I was wondering, could AT&T soon buy out U.S. Celluar?

While I know that U.S. Cellular is a CDMA carrier, they have announced plans to upgrade to LTE for 4G technology, which AT&T has announced prior to U.S. Celluar's announcement. hmm.... 🤨 🤨 🤨
while i like the thought of ATT trying such a manuever and having it succeed Just as well as Sprint's takeover of nextel, I doubt it would happen. 👀

In Puerto Rico, Verizon sold their network to America Movil and was rebranded as Claro. Claro in Puerto Rico is gradually converting the Verizon CDMA network to GSM/UMTS.
