So, let's say I just upgraded 2 lines on my family plan a couple of weeks ago. Can I just renew my contract on November 2nd so I can take advantage of this? Would Sprint actually not let me renew a 2 year contract?

What you would have to do is cancel the upgrade you just did and return the new phones. That is if it's less then 30 days. Then you can go after the 2nd and do it all over again. Sprint only lets you renew at one year and at twenty months.

not true. I work for promotions, and renew contracts all the time not in that time frame.

Sprint allows you to renew every 12 months, or whenever you might be offered a special rate discount plan. a full discount for a non Premiere customer may take as long as 22 months.

I hear a lot of this " i work for sprint, so i know" sutff, and that all fine and well. But your wording it wrong, your both right in your own aspects. You can renew for a NEW phone with full discounts after your 22 months, unless your the primary line on Premier account, then its once every 12 months. You can also get a partial discount of 75 dollars off at the 12 month mark. But being as I know this first hand, you can renew via a special offer, sometimes in the store, but mostly through cust. care, and it resets the agreement for the line, thus putting you into this new prorated etf policy. Trust me, i've got first hand experience.
