What about Battery consumption?
Battery consumtion times on a regular digital camera is limited.
Battery consumtion times on a phone with web browsing is limited.
Couple these two things together and I am sure there will be some depletion in battery performance. But either way this looks like a cool device.

Thanks for the specs. I use the Mogul which has 4.1 hour specified talk time. But since I use it for browsing the web for info and taking pix of displays and equipment to send to my office, I'm lucky to get 2 and half hours on a single charge. I think you know where I'm coming from. 8mp is going to consume more power.

Definitely! A device as packed as this is, it's to be expected that you will get less battery life. Couple that with how much more you will be using something on the device. I am near power most of my day anyways, so I would just get in the habit of plugging it in (like I do my 6700). Hopefully they will make an expanded capacity battery available at launch.
