i got a feeling palm may have included it but im sure verizon made sure it was throttled. i say that because im going to reply to your video i did on sunday with my speeds over 2.5mpbs on down and 500 up.

Aren't you kind of comparing apples to oranges here? The Phone Scoop video demonstrated the Pre's capability of broadcasting a wireless signal to 2 laptops. Your video demonstrated the tethering capabilities to 1 laptop.
