Samsung Attempts Hostile Takeover Of SanDisk

Upper Management making money at the expense of shareholders, bradlee? I'm all for people making an honest living and if SanDisk Sr management ran the business the way they were supposed to by increasing shareholder value over time and/or paying dividends, I would not care one MicroSD what their salaries were. But, SanDisk stock has gone down so low it is now trading at the same price it was back in 2003. I place the blame squarely on Sr Mgr shoulders. Do you really think its OK to run a company into the ground then 'get out' as you say? Shame on you. How do you sleep at night?
