Sprint was not named because they already paid them to use it. They own a license for it, noone else does. Everyone else thinks they can use it without payin up.

Sprint doesn't have money BUT they paid for the patent while the other companies illegally used the software. hahahaha

Think before you open your mouth, please. $7.9 billion per year in postpaid revenue says Sprint does have money. Not counting revenues from carrier roaming, MVNO's, or even in house prepaid Boost Unlimited.
