I see how many ATT and Verizon customers throw in the suck factor towards Sprint and T-mob but if you look at the topography of coverage for the 4 major carriers in the U.S., an interesting thing happens. ATT and Verizon supposedly have 3-5 maybe even 6 times the in-home coverage of Sprint yet oddly enough each only have quite less than double the subscribers. this would technically make Sprint larger by concentration of area. so does sprint really suck or is it that some of Att and verizon's customers are with them because of lack of choice? Hmmmmm. makes you wonder.

I'm sure there will be some questions on those figures but it is an argument why Verizon and ATT swap assets. they undoubtedly know that Sprint and Tmob are bigger competitors than their customer base would like to believe. why hand the assets over to another carrier that would likely lead to defection from their own.

Sprint simply chooses not to support the people that it requires actual effort to support. It's much cheaper to only support the large population centers.
