Will these phones be released in the US?

They look great and have all the "essentials", but none of that matters if the phones never come out.

It would be great if one of the phones could come out for T-Mobile.

Just my opinion.

Thanks Rich Brome for the inside scoop.

US carriers need to open their ears and hear what customers really want. I've been wanting D500 since it came out but haven't heard anything from any of the US carriers yet. In the U.S. market, there's only one phone that interests me currently, Moto's razor.

My problem with US carriers is putting out these phones and actually putting an affordable price tag on it. If you notice, the phones that are available in europe, etc. are state of the art AND the prices are affordable for the country, BUT the US carriers will put out an awesome phone e.g. Sony Ericsson s710a, but who can afford them?

I am an agent for Cingular and it seems that Cingular is trying to somehow "measure up" to the phones available oversees, e.g. Nokia 6820, S.E. s710a, Samsung p777, etc. and the phones are actually good phones, but I don't see the point of a company like Cingular putting the phones out is they can't make them affordable to the customer. The only phones I sell in my store are the moto v180, v220, sam x427m, etc. people don't have 500 bucks to get a state-of-the-art phone. The bad thing about it is, if you look in the past 3 or 4 months, Cingular is putting out maybe 3 or 4 of these high-end phones to every 1 budget friendly phone. They need to balance it out more. Don't get me wrong, I love these high end phones, (I have a s710a on order ...

Its because normal people in the US dont care about having all the features that people in Europe and Asia want. Most people in the US just want a phone that will make calls and get online if they want it. You look all over Europe and the prices for phones arent really any different for the high end models, the low end is usually cheaper in the US. Dont look for these things to ever happen soon.
