Sounds great, but is it too little too late?

I think it is safe to say that their reputation is forever tarnished. I do not think creating the next iPhone (ugh it pained me to say that) will bring the masses back over to Sprint.

No, but it is a start. Any win right now, we'll take it.

You'd be surprised how companies can turn their image around to attract customers. Apple is a great example of a company that did horribly in the 90's because of how popular Microsoft was. Yes, Sprint did have ridiculously low credit requirements at one point, that did lead to massice chargeoffs, but thats changed since then. while the the threshold is still lower than the other 3, the credit requirements have risen enough where i am denying and pushing away potential customers daily with large deposits or flat out declines. I agree wholeheartedly about the over the phone customer service needing to be streamlined. Also, Sprint attracts more customers through their pricing and network reputation (FOR HIGH SPEED DATA, BEFORE YOU ALL START IN ON THE CALL QUALITY) than the lower credit requirements nowadays.
