we have 30 day.. but we're also pretty good at qualifying customers.
we opened this new store about 2 months ago. Sold just over 350 phone. I think we had 7 returns (2 were aircards, and 1 was a gift return).
If someone is buying the phone "just because" the trick is to catch it in store and talk them into a better device
