Motorola makes a laggy phone? No way.

Not suprising that moto can't manage to make a smooth running device... I always assumed it was the verizon OS.. but must be a moto processor issue... It's a shame, I'll wait for the HTC version.

Funny PS found it laggy because all other reviewers said it's been anything but. Maybe a faulty unit?

True I was ready to call BS on that. And the issue with the camera too? It's probably a faulty unit

Actually, a number of other reviewers saw the same lagginess that I did, and even mentioned it on Twitter. I don't know why they didn't include it in their reviews.

Also, EVERYONE noted how crappy the camera was. The software is just really bad.

I don't think that I would have placed a lot of trust in Motorola to make a smartphone in the first place. Silver Q anyone?

Gotta agree with you there man. That was a POS indeed.

I hope they can fix these issues with a update or something. I was really hoping Moto got it right this time being that Google was overlooking everything.

The droid I played with for 2 days did not have any lag, or the camera was not bad. All of the supposedly bad issues I have not seen. I have been playing with the HTC also and it is just as good. Don't believe everything you read, play with yourself then decide.

"play with yourself then decide."

Sounds kinky, but won't the phone get sticky?

I agree, I have been burned by every moto I have had.
Any chance someone could drop the phone a couple of times to test durability?
