First Look: Motorola Droid
5MP camera images
In all the on-line news, pictures and videos, I've yet to see anyone use the Droid to take a 5MP picture and post it.

PC World has a video review. She said that the pics are about on par with the iPhone. More MP doesn't necessarily mean better quality, as we've seen in the digital camera arena. Sometimes when you cram more megapixels onto an already tiny sensors, the image quality degrades. She also said that the flash can blow out the quality. The pic she took was in a room that already had a lot of light, so I wouldn't take that to be an accurate statement given how many different lighting conditions are out there.
The bottom line, IMO, is that if you want to take great pics, bring along your digital camera. Even the iPhone pics pale in comparison to my lower end 7.1 MP Canon camera which takes great shots.

Engadget did a review over the last few days. Most importantly, they've included pics and video samples.
