I was going to say the same. I have always known Virgin to use Sprints network. I thought it was the same for Helio as well. I am not sure who their roaming agreements were with.

I dont know it for a fact but I think Helio had roaming agreements with Verizon.
I just hope it eases up Helio's credit checks. Ive seen Verizon approve 3 lines no deposit same customer with Helio, asking for 325 deposit.

actually as far as i know, virgin is leaving sprint and are signing up with verizon for their mvno service, so i think it makes sense for them to go for helio...might turn up into something some customers might want...c+ to virgin for trying

Hmmm, I don't see how Virgin can go to another carrier for their MVNO service seeing that Sprint actually owns a large portion, I'm thinking 40-45% of Virgin.

More bad seeds planted... Why the hatred for Sprint?? Sprint owns a major % of VM, theyre not moving networks without Sprint willing to be bought out, and thus far that has not happened.

Correct me if I am wrong, I thought that when Virgin Mobile came out in 2002, they were joint with Sprint-Nextel. In 2007 when they reorganized and became Virgin Mobile., L.P. They brought on more partners (Bluebottle USA Holdings L.P), and it spread ownership between the 3.

Can someone help me out, who really owns VM?

If you say that's what it is than I guess that's what it is. Since you carry a title of previous "working for corporate". It's just not to often I believe what people say. I am usually the type, that like to research my info, instead of saying I know something cause John doe said so.

Sorry if I offended your knowledge. I'll prop keep researching but thanks for the info
