The T-mobile @ home service is a land-line replacement. 10 dollars a month gets you unlimited nationwide long distance, unlimited minutes, caller ID, etc. and uses a regular home telephone. The telephone connects to a special wireless router with 2 spots for sim cards. You can have up to two lines per router.


T-Mobile still has it's Hot Spot @home service which lets certain wifi enabled phones, like their new Nokia 6301 or Samsung t339, connect to any normal wireless router to #1 get a service boost and #2 get unlimited calling with a 9.99/mo add on.

The 9.99/mo for the @home service will cover the unlimited calling on the UMA (hotspot@home) handsets as far as I know right now.

You have to have existing broadband service ...
