Sprint Already Does This....

I know from working at Sprint that this was one of Dan Hesse's first changes and any contract signed after November 2007 can now be pro-rated on the termination fee.

Is T-mobile the last or the second to jump on this bandwagon?

this prorating style is different than sprints, verizons or att's.

They went a little bit different route and i think it was a good move.
