before I started working here, I activated with T-mobile and the rep sold me on the Sony T610, worst phone ever! after I started working here him and another rep told me they had a running gag that if a guy came in with his girlfriend and they thought she was hot they would sell the boyfriend a horrible phone. good thing they got fired 🤣
