Sprint's Instinct to Be Available June 20
Is this the best they can do?
My point is, Samsung is a moderate manufacturer, and I must admit that working on both sides (CDMA and GSM) I have noticed that Samsungs quality on the CDMA side is a little better. BUT, for sprint to hold this as a flagship phone is kind of strange. In my opinion the touchscreen quest is and will always be held by Apple. I do not own an iphone nor will I but it is still the best I have seen as far as being inovative.
Also, Verizon and at&t both have these type of phones and honestly they have not really generated enough excitement because they feel Cheap... But I'm sure the instinct will look nice...

This is my thinking. DONT BASH... but the only reason why the IPhone is doing so well is because the media and great advertising of the product. Not because it a "good" phone. I personally think that it sucks. But hey thats just me.

How can you tell someone else not to bash but you go and knock the iphone. Samsung is garbage and I don't care what anybody thinks. They make cheap stuff that breaks fast just like LG. I'm sure samsung in hong kong is better just like everything else in europe and asia that is electronic is. none the less the iphone has lots of potential. i also have been on both sides of the fence. gsm and cdma. cdma networks here are more advanced but you can't beat gsm phones. they're just too sweet. if i am going to cheer for a manufacturer it would be nokia and motorola. especially nokia because they're designs are as good as the quality.

Hey, can you send me a videomail from your Iphone? I'm dying to see the quality on the Iphone's video camera. Oh wait it's 2008 and the darn thing doesn't have a video camera, not to mention no live tv. It has Youtube, but you have to wait until someone posts the clips of the shows.

i know that the lg vu is a good competition for the iphone when it pertains to just phones and not pda's
and as someone one else said iphone is popular only due to apple fans and great marketing,
i bet there are a fews phone that can blow the iphone out of the water.
innovative ...no. it is just like when the razr came out everyone and thier mom wanted one because it looked cool and if memory serves right the only gsm flat phone at the time.
(sprint had a sanyo that cane out before razr that was thin but not flip)
and no one phone is ever gonna be the ultimate phone due to varying preferences of consumers.

Well I dont care to get into the same old argument that the iphone is the greatest device ever. I happen to be carrying a Q9 now and love it. What i meant by touchscreen quest is that the Iphone is the best and with future updates could possibly remain that way... The Vu's touchscreen is questionable. I like the phone, the features are great but i carried it for a couple weeks right when ti released and the screen made me love my full qwerty keypad.

Yes, and the iphone is much more responsive but I still like hard keys with click-and-feel.

My last two phones have been Samsungs. My M610 is rock solid and as light and thin as it is, that's saying quite a lot.
