End Of An Era...What Will Go Next?

Sprint was the ONLY carrier to allow customers to enjoy their phones completely. They didn't lock down services. They didn't over charge. They didn't hide terms from customers, then cancel their service later (AT&T and Verizon). Sprint was the Cool Teacher of wireless carriers.
Now they are capping their networks. I understand why, but where will they go next? Will they stop allowing customers to use Third-Party free software? Will they end roaming altogether?

I could always say that by me using my Sprint phone, that I was using the Hell out of my service! Now I will have to worry. What if I stay with a friend and roam for the month, will my service be shut off? (AT&T) Will I have my service turned off for using too much data? (Verizon)...
