. i agree, the SD card slot would be nice, but i've found for the majority of people, an SD card slot = something to spend another $40+ on, 8gb is plenty, and they'd never know what that kind of storage space would mean if they never had it, this phone gives it to them out of the box. i'm a data junky and never felt cramped, but i guess that's because i do most of my music via pandora / slacker.
i'm expecting an announcement for a higher capacity Pre before too long anyway (thank you leaked inventory screenshots)... i'll kick and scream until they give one to me lol
