Whoops! Embarassed I missed that on the first page of the LG items. My bad. I was mainly looking at the pics of the VX4700 on the second LG page.

At any rate, that's pretty dumb clause in the contracts between the manufacturers and service providers considering that every LG model for Verizon starts with VX and there are tons of pics on the web and in the FCC documents for the F9100 showing the Cingular logo.
