Thumb covering service provider logos on all LG pics!?
Is it me, or does it appear like you're purposely covering up the service provider logos on all the pics of the LG phones? In all the pics, your thumb and index finger are right where the logos would be located. Just looking at the pics of the VX4700, your thumb is right where the Verizon logo would be and in the pics of the F9100, your thumb and index finger are covering the locations of the Cingular logos. I'm assuming that LG told you to do that before taking pictures but everyone already knows that the VX4700 is for Verizon and F9100 is for Cingular. The logos are also covered in the pics of the other LG models.

As he stated the thumb covering the logo (as required by contracts between manufacturers and service providers) was done because no one had anything handy to cover the logo. the samsung models already had tape covering the logos.

Whoops! 🤭 I missed that on the first page of the LG items. My bad. I was mainly looking at the pics of the VX4700 on the second LG page.
At any rate, that's pretty dumb clause in the contracts between the manufacturers and service providers considering that every LG model for Verizon starts with VX and there are tons of pics on the web and in the FCC documents for the F9100 showing the Cingular logo.
Covering the logos helps me stay on good terms with LG, which helps me get and publish other info faster.
But it's no secret, so if you have questions about who will carry what, just ask.
