They already have licenses in the PCS band covering at least west Alabama and possibly more. In addition, they already serve west Tennessee, the Alabama coast, and the Florida panhandle. Well, if AT&T and Verizon could spend $10 to make $15 in NYC, or if they could take that same $10 to make and $10.25 in rural Mississippi, which do you think they would do?
