Wait, the iphone was succesful?
Could have fooled me. I thought it was a pretty big failure...how many got returned in the first 2 weeks? It's got great multimedia features, but as a phone? Come on, the iphone was not and is not succesful. Most people are not satisfied with it

Put an emphasis on platform. Aside from Multimedia and web browsing the iphone is not very impressive. It could be a great phone, but currently it's not. Neither is Sprint's knockoff imo. Neither phone has been a success, look at the numbers. And the tallest midget is......still undecided. Let me know when the iphone is not slow as poop and we'll re-evaluate

How can you say that the Instinct has not been a success when it hasn't even hit the market yet? True the instinct is unfortunately put out by Samsung who made the UpStage, which in my opinion is a horrible phone, but maybe they'll surprise us. 😁

How can you argue the iPhone hasn't been a success? Compared to what? It's achieved excellent sales numbers while maintaining a premium price tag (most hot-selling phones are free ones.) All things considered, that's pretty damn impressive.
And "aside from multimedia and web browsing?" What about, oh, say, the entire user interface? .

if the iphone was such a sucess why did at&t have such a small increase in subscriders. with the amount of new subscribers who bought the iphone why did they only have a net increase of 2 percent. also the iphone had so much hype leading to its lauinch it should have just walked away from all the competion yet ther are other models out there that are creating more of a wave than the iphone like the new centro at&t has been biting at the bit to finally get its hand on the centro if the iphone was such a great phone why would the company want to get their hands on a phone that is relaly a scaled down version of a decent phone.
