Sounds like fantastic news! I've been in the market for a new phone (My New Every Two kicked in this week), and I text a lot more than actually talk.

The Blackberry Curve 8330 was expected and it's the offering i'm the most excited about. I've never had a Blackberry, so I'm really considering it!

I wasn't aware that LG was working on an enV2, and since the Voyager is on my radar, this one will be now as well. I don't care for the original enV.

I hope pics of both hit the site as fast as possible!

What's the easiest phone to text with that you've had experience with?

OK..just did some legwork and found pics of the enV2. I'm not totally sold; the outer screen is even SMALLER than the original enV! I'll give it a shot in store for sure, but for my personal preference, I'd say the Voyager is a better choice.

(I'll still probably pick up my new Blackberry Curve, regardless... 😎 )

I'll tell you this much. I had the voyager and honestly, I started to hate it. It was slow and the touch screen seemed retarded sometimes. The mobile TV doesn't work anywhere, the keypad is just barely too big to use your thumbs but too small to use your fingers, the external screen sucks for texting and the browser is a POS. I'd rather text from a phone without a qwerty keyboard than that. I have had a Q for a while and it's a million time better than the voyager in every way other than it doesn't have a touchscreen. I had the Q before but I wasn't sure that I wanted to keep it so I got a voyager and eventually messed it up but I was starting to hate the thing. Plus everybody always wants to play with it and they get nasty finger pri...

Why don't I just write a review for a phone that really isn't even a part of this article?

Are we to believe the Moto Q9C will be like AT&T's Q9h? If so..I have a lot to consider in the next two months' time.. all of these announced phones sound great!

The Q9c is like the Q9c. Sprint has been selling it for a while now.

It's the same exact hardware as the Q9m, minus the red details in the case. The software removes the special music home screen and adds support for LBS.

Rich,

Just to throw some highlights out there for Q9c:
-support for SDHC - up to 32GB
-LBS support - carrier dependent
-RTSP support - not all WM6 devices support this (mobile Youtube)
-BT 2.0 - More efficient Battery Consumption - Profiles include, AVRCP, BTPP, BTFP, OBEX, HID, ETC
-Full Viewfinder for Camera
-Much more customizable than Q9m
-Also, there have been some nice registry changes made that result in a much more responsive end user experience - Fially, the keyboard on this thing Rocks for texting and emails. 😉

That reminds me of the Q9h (Global) with at&t.

And Chocolateman, if that's so, I've got a LOT of choices in the next month and a half (or so!) I've fiddled around with the keyboard on the Q9h and I fell in love with it.

But...yes, I can't ignore the fact Verizon is getting the Blackberry i've wanted for a long time..

I am very happy to see that VZW is finally getting some decent handsets for their consumers. I'm really looking forward to the Curve. Just wish it were coming out sooner. Hope the Blackberry 9000 doesn't trump the Curve...I might have to switch to AT&T just for a handset...

I admit the 9000 looks stellar, too!

If I had the $$$ right now, I'd want the Curve right now too...but I plan to get it when I can afford it..come on, Economic Stimulus check!! :-) haha!...
