have you seen sanyo phones on any other network? it's most likely headed for sprint, but qwest could get it first. Nuff said.

This Pro series phone is EVDO RevA for the HSPTT. Quest doesnt have a EVDO revA system yet so for Sprint. And if your a member of sprintusers.com you can get a look at the Pro series on that site.

Has anyone ever heard of Qwest with Direct connect? NO, it doesnt exist. This is a Sprint Only device. Qwest will never get it.

DirectConnect is a patented item from Nextel (sprint), however beings that qwest uses sprint's network (mvno) they can use the technology, sprint has exclusive rights to QChat for the next 10+ years. They however will never get a flagship phone first. Sprint decides when qwest gets to launch a phone, not qwest. handy part of the MVNO agreement.
