Class Action Against Verizon Can Move Forward

Praise the Lord!!!! I'm so overwhelmed with joy that those people are going to get to hopefully win that class-action suit. I hate big companies like Verizon Wireless and their ultra greedy business model. It has come to bite them in their big fat red ass. I honestly have remorse that I was conned into believing that they were they best. I'm switching carriers the moment my contract is up. I can't stand their crippled devices and their "Pay-Us-Now" software. They kill the fun out of the manufacturer's intended design.
It's high time people started standing up, b!tch slapping these corporate bohemeths and telling them we're tired of your sh!t, take AT&T Wireless who just increased their text and mms by 5 cents. Charging high prices for old technology. This is the American business model...suck the American consumer's blood dry and give them back as little as possible.
