LTE only for Verizon - WRONG!

Verizon is NOT the only carrier who has announced they intend on using LTE. AT&T has announced it several months earlier. However, AT&T did state that they may use WiMAX for backhaul, so maybe that is where the confusion lies.

Either way , Verizon will find a way to lock the hole thing down . Im not buying this open network crap from Verizon. We all know Verizon better than that. Its always nice to announce an open network when there are NO unbranded phones available for the Network. Nice try Verizon.

With all the information that's out there about this and the other 4G technologies, it will be interesting when they do roll out. Seeing specs on paper and testing is one thing, but actual performance on the nationwide networks is another. Hopefully it's as good or better than what's expected.
