customer service -- is the reason why that company is cutting its loses -- the way you talk to someone, and the way problems are handled are key to making money in the long run -- not out sourcing to some country where the ppl are already anti americans -- but dont even speak english properly as it is! and then to get irrate as hell -- and only to say you know what till hell with this **** cancel my contract and send my bill -- or better yet send it to the atterney general -- and bbb due to the fact some many screws are costing me -- the customer more money then what i dont need to spend -- if sprint would do things the way tmobile has its ppl do when it comes to getting the job done right w/ smile sprint would be one of the best networks in the country but instead like all things in this country the small person -- is getting kicked in the nutz well the bigger richer person gets away w/bitching and getting **** for free -- thats everything about this being said about them cutting jobs -- is good for them -- but bad for those reps who do they're best to sell they're crappy products and services -- and for what? -- what a great way to start out the year -- and i thought palm was bad for it did to its own before the holidays.....!
