Too Bad for Sprint

As a long time Sprint customer the comapany needs to do something different. My recent visit to a Sprint store to upgrade my PPC 6700 to a new device resulted in nothing but frustration.

When you are a long time customer with 3 personal phones and 5 business lines gets upset - you are going to lose business. I would think Sprint would do everything they could to keep me as a customer. Don't take advantage of me when I want to upgrage one phone. I felt like I was on a used car lot with a a bunch of twenty-something used car salesmen. I'm a business man want good service and some acknowldgement that I'm a significant customer. But I guess they don't care.

Sprint stock is down 25% in the last few days and they are ripe for a take...

Companies make their money from new coming consumers and old consumers, that pay their bills on time and upgrade their phones when their supposed to. Sprint isn't consistent that's why the people who are used to getting their way with Sprint are upset because that one time they weren't granted that one phone or credit issue they usually throw dirt on the company. Forget all the other times they helped solve your problems.

One thing that I laugh 🤣 about are those people who switch their phones 50 times a year (too cheap to get insurance even after they lost their phone 49 other times) 😉 and gets upset when they don't get their full discount.
